well.......im the "new" guy. I have done a lot of tech work on Hondas but am just now looking deeper into the JRSC. I was wondering. What caliber of cars would I be able to run with if I got the 6lb kit on a GSR with the basic I/H/E and cam gears. I am considering getting one and SCing it, but I want to be able to hang with the big boys.
Any help is appreciated. Thanx

Big boys??? You mean what, Rx7's, and supra TT's? Stock yes, you will surprise the shit out of those guys who have them, but if they are running boost controllers, Down Pipes, etc..watch out, as for Mustangs and such, dont worry unless they are modded! I have back up though, I have a 95 Supra TT aswell, he he he,.....but you will give them a major shock!!! My supra is about the same on the street as my blown GS-R!!! Well, it will be for about a month, Supra is getting a major overhall!

Is it feasable to run 13's on street tires while keeping the cars driveability? I want a car that can outrun a new Stang or Camaro and then cruise home in style.

I do it EVERY DAY... and with the exception of being a little hot on summer days (I have no A/C), my car is just as streetable as anyone's... and I get better gas mileage than any Z-28 or Mustang ever thought of !!!

Pulled on a Ram Air T/A today...and at 35mph in 5th gear, its nice to just give it some gas and drive away. I think that is what I have enjoyed the most...the low end torque
